Installation & Engineering
Installation
Storage Systems Unlimited provides installation services throughout the United States. Our installers are trained in the assembly and placement of all products we offer. These installers are bonded, insured and most of them have been with us in excess of five years. Service and warranty are also included with all products. Extended service contracts are also available. Installation is quoted on a per job basis. Storage Systems Unlimited is experienced in both relocation and new construction.
Drawings and Layouts
Storage Systems Unlimited also has the capability to develop architecturally significant CAD drawings. These drawings are especially beneficial because they allow the client to see a footprint of the space to ensure that the correct product has been specified and all codes have been considered. Blueprint-quality drawings and product recommendations will accompany the quote at no additional charge to the customer.
Existing Equipment Evaluation
Storage Systems Unlimited will also provide an inventory and evaluation of your existing equipment to determine if it can be reused. We can incorporate the reused equipment on the CAD drawings and make our assessments based on the end user needs.

Order Change/Cancellation Policy
All order change requests must be made through Caddie Woodroof. Service fees may apply.
Return Policy
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained through Storage Systems' Customer Service department prior to returning the product. All returns must be coordinated through Storage Systems and freight will be charged back. All returns must be in the original packaging, unused and in saleable condition. All returns are subject to a restocking fee.
Freight Damage Policy
All product drop shipped to the facility address, received by the facility personnel, should be inspected for quantity and damage (concealed or visible). It is the responsibility of the facility to notify Storage Systems within 24 hours of receipt of any damage or shortage in product. Any damage or discrepancies must be noted on the Bill of Lading/shipping receipt.
